Be Encouraged
In Habakkuk 2:2-3
2 And the Lord answered me:
Write the vision;
make it plain on tablets,
so he may run who reads it.
3 For still lthe vision awaits its appointed time;
it hastens to the end—it will not lie.
If it seems slow, wait for it;
it will surely come; it will not delay.
The prophet, Habakkuk, was waiting to hear from Yahweh, and he heard His
reply. There are many parts to these two verses but as you begin your
day I would like to illuminate two. First, Yahweh’s instruction was to
write down the vision. It is not enough to try to remember it and tell
others, it is vital to write it down. A few months ago, we set a goal
and every time we got closer to the goal, we wrote it down so it was
before our eyes constantly. I believe because we chose to write it
down, we did not lose focus and we were able to obtain our goal! The
second part I would like you to consider is that Yahweh is requiring us
to wait. Patience is something that many often ask for more of, but the
process to obtain more patience is not an easy one. The weight of the
wait is heavy. Be encouraged that Yahweh knows you can do it. He sees
you and His promises are Yes and Amen. They will not return void. Your
finish line is up ahead. So, write down the vision, write down the
goals and operate in peace as Yahweh unfolds His purpose in His timing.
Have an amazing day!
