Where You Are, I Am

The Rock of Central Florida   -

As we have moved along in the series Rising of Sons, I have meditated on what has been released and I hope you have as well. A statement was released, and it has caused pause and consideration as the magnitude of the words reveals much about sonship.

“Where You are, I Am.”- Steve Parker

These five words hold a multifaceted depth that can cause you to wonder, consider, and engage to keep going forward. Depending on where you are in the process may very well determine how you hear these words and receive them. I am going to share the perspective and facet through which I made a draw.

Where the Father is must be our desire. For where He is, I AM also. If I am where the Father is, the I AM within me is operating, and I AM functioning in purpose. When I heard these words, my first thought was, “Where You are Yahweh, I want to be found there also.” I do not want to be found anywhere He is not, nor do I want to be found doing anything He is not. Our deepest desire should be to walk as He walks, think as He thinks, love what He loves, and hate what He hates. The I AM, the who we are in Him is living and breathing within us. The place of a son is to be where He is.

No matter the ease or the difficulty of the path before us, if He is there then we are well able. If He is there then may we be there also. We will not find who we are away from Him, but rather true identity is in Him. True joy is found in Him, true hope and true peace is found where He is, true life and true purpose is found in Him, who we are and who we are created to be are in Him. It should be noted, these all have something in common- they are true; not the counterfeit, not a fleeting moment, but His genuine truth of all eternal goodness and abundance are in Him.

Wherever Yahweh God, our Father and Creator of the heavens and the earth and all the cosmosis, may we be found there also. May we all be found doing what He is doing. Whatever the time, whatever the hour, whatever the moment, day, week, or year may we be found doing what He is doing, speaking what He is speaking. May our faith increase and may every action indicate our faith in Him and may every action point to Him. May we be found operating from the I AM, the place of a son, when we are where He is.

I have died, but Christ lives in me. And I now live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.” Galatians 2:20
