Seize the Moment
On Sunday, our Visionary taught about The Mountain. He encouraged all of us to name our mountain, to stop asking the Father to turn it into a molehill or cast it into the sea and recognize that the mountain is from Him, for us. The very next day my husband and I came face to face with base of our mountain. It sort of felt like it appeared out of nowhere!
We had to make some very difficult decisions through difficult conversation, for the sake of our future and our children’s future. Ultimately, we found that it’d be easy to see this as the ram in the thicket. My husband said, “Is this our mountain, or is this the ram?” We had to decide if what we were facing was our mountain or a ram!
That being said, make sure that you don’t mistake your mountain for the ram. Even though climbing the mountain would cause turmoil for us, we knew the keys to the Kingdom were at the top! Had we seen it as the ram, we would never obtain the keys we needed for our family’s future. Don’t miss the moment! Strap up your boots and start climbing.
