I Will Magnify Him
We are encouraged, exhorted, and reminded to praise Yahweh in all ways and in all moments… and why shouldn’t we, better yet, why wouldn’t we?
“I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify Him with thanksgiving.” Psalm 69:30
Throughout the ages songs have been written about praising the Father, magnifying Him, blessing His name, declaring His majesty and magnificence, and exalting Him in all His ways. It is for good reason. Yahweh is a faithful Father in every moment. Every day, in every season, in every circumstance- Yahweh is a faithful God to His sons and daughters. Within Psalm 69:30 is a secret, a mystery to behold.
To magnify Him with thanksgiving… do you hear it? To magnify HIM with our heartfelt praise and thanksgiving. How do we magnify Him? With thanksgiving and praise, gratitude and honor! Magnifying the Father is not limited to a time or space or even a specific location. It is an action in this earthly realm of aligning with heaven, and it is not a substance we must look for outward but rather is flowing within our DNA, within our very body.
When we lift our voice and give the honor and glory to our heavenly Father, we are making our declaration that HE is the biggest thing in any and every moment, every situation, and every circumstance. Our thanksgiving is coming into agreement with heaven that He is glorious and righteous, and that the supply is from Him, and that His will supersedes all others. He is magnified!
Today, make your choice to lift your voice. Magnify Him in every situation, in every moment, at every opportunity. Magnify Him today. Praise the name of God and magnify Him with thanksgiving.
