Yahweh is There
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”Revelation 1:8
Wherever you are today, Yahweh is there. I know we hear this all the time, but really take in this powerful verse. He is the beginning, the end, and everything in between. He is Sovereign, over all, and also within it. What a comfort and strength it is to know that our God is merciful, generous, and just, and He is with you, no matter what.
While we live moving forward in our days, I know it gives me confidence that I won’t be outside of His presence. He will rejoice with me, and He will hold me. He’ll be there when I’m laughing around the table, and when I sleep at night.
There was a moment this week that put me beyond my skills in the natural. By the spirit, Yahweh provided. What seemed one ordinary moment quickly turned into a pivotal one that I doubt I’ll ever forget. I’m so thankful I didn’t need to invoke something. I’m so glad it didn’t require me to catch Him up later in my evening prayers, but that in my life, in that second, there was my God.
How incredible to know that in my time of need, He was also there for you. Bless Him today with your thankfulness. Worship Him for His constancy. Thank you, Yahweh, for spending your everlastingness with us.
