This Is The Only Way
In the new Star Wars T.V. series ‘The Mandalorian,’ the axiom these warriors lived by is, “this is the way.” This creed is referring to their unique warrior lifestyle and culture by which they choose to live. It is a reminder that living according to the ethos as a Mandalorian warrior is greater than anything else.
John 14:6 (ESV) 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Jesus teaches that He is the way. In other words, Jesus is expressing that only through Him is the path to forgiveness, redemption, life, and relationship with Yahweh God. As a person, when you receive Christ as your Lord and Savior, you now have accepted Him and His way. Relationship in Christ with Yahweh becomes your code, your call, your lifestyle, which is far greater than anything else. Your pursuit for His way becomes your focus.
So, as you start your day, consider all the different paths or doorways you can take. Consider the numerous choices, lifestyles, and other enticements of this world that try to direct you to an unrighteous way. But there is only one true “Way,” and it is through Christ! And “this is the only WAY.”
