Spark of Life
“They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.” 1 Timothy 6: 18-19
I recently saw a video on social media that inspired me! The individual was encouraging her viewers to share one thing they’ve learned and post it online, as a text, or in conversation, because sometimes one concept or helpful thought can change a day for the better. As you start your day, I encourage you to do the same. Consider how impactful the right word in the right season can be. Think of how a song lyric, a phrase from a sermon, a compliment from a co-worker, or a helpful hack can have a lasting effect.
What is something that you could share? Consider this naturally and spiritually. Do you have a piece of knowledge that would help someone? Have you heard something from Holy Spirit that has made a difference for you that you could share? It doesn’t have to be grand, complicated, or poetic for someone to be able to “take hold of that which is truly life.” Be that spark of life today, and generously share. You will be planting seeds of life!
